On-site Childcare Facilities/Services: Yes they offer childcare: The number of spaces for childcare is limited, therefore these will be offered on a first come first serve basis, bookable online until 15 July. After this deadline, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail informing of your interest in the childcare service. If we still have available spaces, we will be glad to inform you. Cost: We are very pleased to be able to offer childcare at our congress. Childcare comes at a cost to the Society, however we are keen to ensure Childcare is accessible to our delegates. As such we will be absorbing a portion of the cost, to ensure the rate to parents is as low as possible. At the registration form, please check the boxes regarding childcare and fill the fields as requested.
